Apples     The small figure collided into the legs of the tall white robed stranger. A crimson apple slipped out of his grasp as he tumbled. The tall man bent over and grabbed it dexterously with his long slender fingers. He held the fruit up to the light, examining it from every angle for bumps and bruise. The youngster stood patiently examining the stranger. His gaze drifted upon the large scythe resting on the man’s shoulder. The mysterious figure held the apple out to the child.       “You can keep it.” Said the boy.       The stranger gestured a Apples

Combat PracticeRain poured relentlessly from the heavens. It splattered against the well toned figure. It drenched it's chin length silvery white hair.  
His head bent, he knelt. In his right hand the figure held a long metal shaft, only slightly taller than he. One end of the shaft planted firmly onto the darkened concrete. The other hovered a few feet above its bearers head.  
A low hum sounded through the air. The dull clank of metal against metal was almost inaudible over the roar of the rushing rain.  
The figure stood upright straight backed. The shaft twirled methodically between the fingers of his right hand. Now a twist of the wrist Combat Practice
